2115899 – Block of duck foie gras from south-west France with pieces
An alternative to a smooth block with all the power of whole foie gras pieces.
This block of foie gras bears the label “Indication Géographique Protégée du Sud-Ouest”.
The slices are creamy, marbled in appearance with pieces of whole foie gras.
Instructions: Put the tin in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Remove from the tin and place on a glass or china dish 30 minutes before serving and put back in the fridge. A few minutes before serving, remove the dish from the fridge. Cut with a cheese wire or a very thin knife that has been warmed under hot running water.
It is perfect served in a gourmet salad.
