An alternative to a smooth block with all the power of whole foie gras pieces.
The slices are creamy, marbled in appearance with pieces of whole foie gras.
Put the tin in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Remove from the tin and place on a glass or china dish 30 minutes before serving and put back in the fridge. A few minutes before serving, remove the dish from the fridge.
Cut with a cheese wire or a very thin knife that has been warmed under hot running water.
It is perfect served in a gourmet salad
