A block of foie gras ideal for special occasions, canapés and gourmet salads.
Put the tin in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Remove from the tin and place on a glass or china dish 30 minutes before serving and put back in the fridge. A few minutes before serving, remove the dish from the fridge.
Cut with a cheese wire or a very thin knife that has been warmed under hot running water.
Perfect for canapés or served in a gourmet salad.
