The current general conditions of sale govern contractual relations between JEAN LARNAUDIE and its customers (hereafter called the “Customer”) for the purchase by the latter of products on the www.larnaudie.com website (hereafter called the “website”).

The Customer is aware, when placing the order, of the specific sales conditions stated on the website (description, price, ingredients, weight, quantity, product details) as well as the conditions outlined on this screen which together constitute the online general sales conditions applicable to products sold on the website (hereafter called the “Products”).

The general sales conditions prevail over all other conditions shown in any other document, except for previous, express and written approval by JEAN LARNAUDIE and exclude all other conditions of sale especially those in force for shop sales and/or catalogue sales. Consequently, the order placement by the Customer implies full and whole acceptance of these general conditions, which are solely applicable to the contract.

JEAN LARNAUDIE can amend these conditions of sale in accordance with changes to its range and to the market.

All changes will be immediately effective from being online on the website. It will not apply to transactions in process when they came into force. Minors have no legal capacity. Consequently, they are not able to order on the website.

The information contained in this website is subject to change without warning.

This website is only for orders issued by individuals resident in Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The description of the Products is in a text that presents, for each of them, the essential characteristics.

The price of the Products is inclusive of all taxes in Euro.

The photographs illustrating the Products are non-contractual.Differences between the photographs and the Products can be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the Products.

If errors, especially typing errors, are made, under no circumstances will this affect the responsibility of JEAN LARNAUDIE.

3. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The website user, who once aware of the products offered on the website wishes to place the order and therefore become a “Customer” should select the products that they wish to purchase by clicking on “Order”.

To validate an order, the following steps must be followed:

1. Go to the section “Your basket” on the top right of the page,
2. Permanent validation of the order, to see a summary of the order shown on the screen by clicking on the button “Order”,
3. Indication of the login and password if the Customer already has a Customer account or Creation of a customer account by filling in the following information: name, first name, delivery address, billing address, email address, land line, mobile phone, login, password. Awareness of the general conditions of sale accessible by hypertext link and acceptance of aforesaid general conditions by ticking the box for this purpose “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale”,
4. Payment by credit card: registration of bank details to proceed with payment. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer automatically in the hour after payment validation.

This email will summarise the type, quantities ordered, unit price of each of the Products, prices inclusive of taxes for the order and the delivery charges.

This price is then billed to the customer. It is in Euro inclusive of taxes.

JEAN LARNAUDIE reserves the possibility of not recording a payment and therefore not confirming an order for whatever reason, regarding a product supply problem, a problem regarding the order, or a problem regarding the delivery. JEAN LARNAUDIE will then notify the Customer within the same timescale of the refusal of the order.

4. RETRACTION RIGHT

The Customer has seven working days to return, at its costs, products that are not suitable.

This timescale runs from the day the products are received. The Customer then will have the choice of either requesting reimbursement of the amount paid, in counter payment for the re-dispatch of the products at the Customer's costs, or the exchange of the Product. The Customer is informed that the retraction right can be exercised if the products are broken or damaged, and if the products are likely to quickly deteriorate.
